Andre "Hassan" Wilson is the East Africa Regional Lead and Managing Partner of MSIFS. He is the only one of the four GPs with on-the-ground lived experience in both MSIFS target regions — six years operating in Kazakhstan, and a current Nairobi base from which he builds and runs the East Africa pipeline.
Hassan runs Provecta Group, a consulting and operations firm delivering Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, enterprise-AI implementation, and project management services, with an active pipeline of projects across Central Asia and East Africa — the operating-services platform behind his pipeline build-out in both regions.
